TfL fare evasion falls but still costs London £190m a year

Transport for London reports a drop in fare evasion to 3.3%, but the annual cost remains £190m. Prosecutions have fallen sharply, and Conservative critics argue enforcement must increase to meet a 1.5% target by 2030.
