Chelsea manager plans for record signing

Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso has confirmed he has a strategy for integrating the club's record signing, Morgan Rogers, into the team. Despite his absence from pre-season training, Alonso is certain Rogers will be ready for the upcoming season. He highlighted the potential synergy between Rogers and fellow England international Cole Palmer, with whom Rogers shares a close friendship and has expressed a desire to play alongside.

These acquisitions are expected to bring the total number of players in the Chelsea squad to nearly 40, indicating a significant need for player sales before the transfer window concludes.
