Clearwater Academy head coach Jesse Chinchar noted that Traore's goalkeeping skills, such as hand-eye coordination and the ability to track and attack the ball, translated well to catching passes.

Chinchar recalled being impressed by Traore's raw athleticism and potential, stating that he was a 'raw, unknown commodity' when he arrived. Traore learned the playbook quickly and showed immediate dominance. His size, stature, and athleticism made him a rare prospect, according to Arkansas State head coach Butch Jones.
