Simon Cowell faces High Court claim over £100,000 napkin deal dispute

Television executive Simon Cowell is being sued in the High Court over an alleged napkin agreement. Business adviser Ian Rosenblatt claims he is owed a percentage of a 2025 deal, or £100,000 in damages, after Cowell failed to pay an invoice. Cowell has not yet filed a defence.
