SoCo proposes two large co‑living schemes in Walthamstow

Developer SoCo is seeking permission for a 310‑room co‑living block on Wood Street and a 319‑room scheme on the old Wilko premises, while Waltham Forest Echo reported problems at the current Stow Bazaar market.
