Woman trapped in lift with broken alarm on Middlesex Street Estate

On a City of London Corporation housing estate, a woman was stuck in a lift whose emergency alarm showed an error message. After neighbours helped her out, the authority put up notices telling residents to carry a mobile phone when using the lifts.
