Barnet man pleads guilty to killing neighbour’s Koi carp in pond dispute

A Hadley Road resident pleaded guilty to destroying a neighbour’s water pump and killing five or six Koi carp after claiming the noise left him sleep-deprived. The court heard Duffy acted out of frustration following failed mediation and a warning from an environmental officer.
