£250 yearly discount for homes near new pylons from 2027

Households within 500 metres of upgraded electricity pylons will receive £250 off annual energy bills for ten years. Payments start in early 2027 for projects including the North London Reinforcement, which passes through Enfield Island Village and parts of Enfield Lock, Brimsdown and Edmonton.
