Ban L-plate motorcyclists from commercial work, London Assembly urges

Conservative Assembly Member Thomas Turrell has called for a ban on motorcyclists with provisional licences undertaking commercial deliveries in London. A motion passed by the London Assembly urges the Government to prohibit such use and cap the validity of the Compulsory Basic Training (CBT).
