Migrant Influx Overwhelms Ceuta Resources

Hundreds of migrants have entered Spain's North African enclave of Ceuta from Morocco over the past week. The territory's leader stated the influx is overwhelming resources and urged Spanish government intervention. Reception centres for unaccompanied minors are operating at several times capacity.
