Mayor Sadiq Khan has ruled out any extension of the West London Orbital past Hounslow, citing capacity constraints on the Windsor‑Reading line. TfL says the core route will still serve key stops such as Brent Cross and Old Oak Common Lane and will support 25,000 homes.
