Hampstead Heath cafe tenants can challenge lease decision

Tenants of cafes on Hampstead Heath have been granted permission by the High Court to challenge a decision that awarded their leases to Daisy Green. Hoxton Beach, the current tenants, argue the retendering process was unfair. The City of London Corporation maintains its process was lawful.
