Mayor of London urged to add landlord to rogue database

Tenants are calling for the Mayor of London to add property developer John Christodoulou to the rogue landlord database. He was ordered to pay £263,555.69 to 47 tenants in Hackney last year, but the compensation has not yet been paid.
