Hendon Way mixed-use building faces HMO conversion and rear extension plans

Residents in Hendon have until the council’s consultation closes to comment on plans to extend and convert a mixed-use building on Hendon Way. The proposal includes a three-storey rear extension, six dormers and the creation of houses in multiple occupation (HMOs).
