Dollis Valley estate restart in Burnt Oak delivers 208 affordable homes after delay

Construction of 208 affordable homes on the Dollis Valley estate in Burnt Oak will begin in September 2026 after a three-year delay. Barnet Council approved a revised plan, dropping 221 previously agreed homes, to secure a £58.85m Greater London Authority grant.
