A man has died after encountering trouble in the water at Frinton-on-Sea beach on July 28, 2026. Emergency services were called to the scene near The Esplanade at 2.10pm. Despite receiving treatment, the man was pronounced dead at the location. His family has been notified. This incident follows other recent beach tragedies in Essex.
