Mayor urged to restrict driving during ozone alerts

Caroline Russell, leader of the Greens on the London Assembly, has asked Mayor Sadiq Khan to introduce driving restrictions during high ozone pollution alerts. She suggested a traffic light system and lower speed limits, similar to measures used in Paris.
