Josh Smith, 34, from Wrexham, was diagnosed with a 4.5cm glioblastoma in February 2026. After surgery removed 95% of the tumour, he is undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Glioblastoma has a poor prognosis, with only 4% surviving five years.
