Whetstone leaseholders demand answers after year of power cuts and broken promises

Residents at Thatcham Court in Whetstone say freeholder Beechwood Developers Ltd started construction without notice, left power cables exposed, and refused to provide safety documents. Barnet Council found no planning breaches but says lease disputes lie outside its remit.
