Barnet Hospital A&E care failure led to mum's death, coroner rules
Anna Gaia Esposito died on April 3 after attending Barnet Hospital's A&E on March 31 the previous year. The North London coroner found a failure to provide basic medical care in the decision not to admit Ms Esposito. The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust apologised.
