Hollister will reopen at Brent Cross Shopping Centre in Hendon, the mall’s managers announced this week. The US teen fashion brand will occupy an upper-floor unit, joining recent arrivals Mango and Oliver Bonas. The move follows a social media teaser earlier this year, where centre managers asked shoppers which brands they wanted to see return.

The teaser featured a series of emojis, a swimsuit, a t-shirt and a wave, alongside the message: “Something new is coming, can you guess what it is?” Uniqlo and Primark were among the most requested brands in the comments. However, the centre later confirmed Hollister’s return, describing it as “the comeback you’ve all been waiting for” in a post tagged “coming soon”.
