Barnet Council validates plans for house conversions and tree works

Barnet Council has validated a planning application to change offices at 27 Station Road, Barnet EN5 1PH, into two residential dwellings. The application, reference 26/3454/PNE, also includes plans for associated refuse, recycling, and cycle storage.

Another validated application concerns 45 Cricklewood Lane, where plans propose converting the existing single dwelling into a six-bedroom house in multiple occupation (HMO). This proposal, reference 26/3469/FUL, also includes a single-storey rear extension, raising of a flat roof, and the addition of three first-floor rear windows, along with cycle storage.
